Customer’s Satisfaction is our top priority. In the case of any problems with your order, you can return the product by following the below

Customer can return the product if it is:

  • a) Wrong product received.
  • b) The product is not as described.
  • c) Damaged or seal broken on the product.
  • d) Part/Accessory missing.
  • e) The product number is incompatible.
  • f) Merchant Name/Brand Name specified is wrong.
  • g) Defective/functional Issues.
  • h) The product is not working and the manufacturer claims invalid invoice
  • Product must be returned with all correct manuals, packaging intact and all correct labels that came with the product, if any of these are found to be incorrect then the refund will not be processed.

    We reserves the right to accept or reject requests based on the inspection of the products or based on the violation of any term of the Terms and Conditions.
