Return and Refund
Requesting all customers to check and receive the items on delivery. If any issues/damage with the items delivered, please return the items to the delivery associate before paying the amount. We will collect the amount for the items which are accepted by our customer.

All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please reports to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +971 42 295989 within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Product must be returned with all correct manuals, packaging intact and all correct labels that came with the product, if any of these are found to be incorrect then the refund will not be processed.
In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.
Refund will be processed through the same payment mode.
Request all customers to check and receive the items at the time of delivery. If you are not content with the freshness or the quality of the product, we will take the product back and issue a refund for the value of the returned products, which will either be credited to your account or adjusted in your invoice in case of cash on delivery.
We reserves the right to accept or reject return and refund requests based on the inspection of the returned products or based on the violation of any term of the Return and Refund Policy or Terms and Conditions.
